Return Policies
- Returns period:
Once the return is accepted by Maruatha, you have a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Product status:
All products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
- Exceptions:
Products marked as final sale or discounts cannot be returned. No refunds are made, only exchanges for items in stock.
- Subject to fabric availability (color or print)
- Payment for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.

- Second step: We will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Returns for defective product or shipping error: If the product is defective or we have sent the wrong item, the return costs will be completely free. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Returns due to change of mind: If you decide to return the product for personal reasons (size, color, etc.), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT INSTEAD OF RETURNING IT?
Yes, we offer exchanges for another product, size or color, as long as the item you want to exchange is available in stock. To request an exchange, follow the same process as for a return, and once we receive the returned product, we will process the exchange and send the new item.
