Shipments take 2-8 business days to arrive after payment is made. Domestic shipping is via Fedex and DHL. International shipping is via Fedex.

Once the tracking guide has been sent, it is important that any problem, inconvenience or delay in arrival is communicated directly with the shipping company, since once the shipping company has the package, we have no control over it.
